El CONACYT a través de la Oficina de Cooperación México – Unión Europea en Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (UEMEXCYT2) y el Gobierno de Nuevo León, en colaboración con el Consejo de Software de Nuevo León, el Monterrey IT Cluster; el Punto Nacional de Contacto Sectorial a través del Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM); y la Red Temática de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (RedTIC) de CONACYT a través del LANIA, el Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica, Optica y Electrónica (INAOE) y la Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP); le invitan a participar en el taller: “La Cooperación México – Unión Europea en Ciencia y Tecnología en Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación” los días 28 y 29 de junio de 2010 en el edificio del Monterrey IT Cluster dentro del Parque de Investigación e Innovación Tecnológica (PIIT) de Monterrey, en donde se abordarán temas relacionados con las oportunidades y claves de éxito para la cooperación con la Unión Europea. Las instituciones mencionadas unen esfuerzos en este evento con el fin de fomentar la cooperación entre entidades europeas y mexicanas e incrementar la participación y cooperación de investigadores y empresas mexicanas en proyectos de investigación dentro del tema de Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación en el ámbito del 7° Programa Marco (7PM) de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico de la Unión Europea.
