Seminar EU-LA: Technology Transfer and Innovation. Montevideo, Uruguay, Dec. 7-8th, 2009

The objective of the seminar is to deepen the analysis of information generated by each of the three regions (Mesoamerican/ Mercosur/ Andean) and European countries. The goal is to synthesize obstacles and opportunities, as well as sharing best practices relating to the transfer of knowledge and technology that characterize science-industry cooperation within the areas of Tic’s, Health and Food. It is also proposed guidelines for the final result.
